  1. Parking- Please park vehicle in your parking space only It should as per your allotment or rent agreement . Flat owners to please ensure that parking space allotted to them is mentioned in rent Agreement . Parking in shopping area will be restricted to designated
  2. Parking of all Vehicles must have Sticker of Society ,all those who do not have these may please procure  these from RWA office.
  3. Pets – All pets are required to be registered with RWA, All Pet lovers may Kindly invest in poo -pickers  and use it to ensure clean environment for others.

Feeding of stray Dogs. It be restricted to outside Gate 1 or Gate 2.

  1. Safety of towers- during summer there could  be incident of fire. The owners of all towers may consult each other and have tower wise/individual insurance cover against fire etc. This aspect is also mentioned in master Brochure of AWHO.  RWA is trying to negotiate terms with one of the company  and will publish rates as soon as finalized .
  2. Driving – Speed  limit is 20 Kms in Township . No Pressure horn to be used. No over talking in Society. Triple riding driving without silencer are punishable and should be avoided.
  3. INTERCOM – Directory of Intercom is available in accounts office kindly collect. All these who have not paid security of ONT Box may do so at the earliest
  4. It is proposed to run Pre Nursery/creche in  township . All parents may consider shifting their children to reduce their traveling time. As soon as contract is awarded these will be informed these will be informed through  RWA website for information of parents  and prospective teachers.
  5. It is also proposed to start ATM, Milk and Vegetable shop shortly in phase 3 shopping area.
  6. Piped Gas – All flat owner may please get Gas to surrender their Gas Connection  till they move into AWHO Township flat where PNG has been connected .
  7. All tenants are advised to renew the rent agreements in time, NO recharge coupon can be issued unless rent agreement are current.
  8. There have been cases of children entering locked areas in sports/Club /Roof area etc , this act tent amounts to trespassing and is an offence , please advise your  wards .
  9. Electricity charges are due to be revised in view of UP government increasing rates wef 15 Jun 13, RWA/Society charges and due to be revised upwards .
